INSULATED BOX KIT GN1/1 - 46 Liters

The GN1/1 46L insulated box kit is suitable for safely transporting hot, cold, fresh, or frozen products. With its ergonomic built-in handles, robustness to load a weight equal to its volume, it is exceptionally thermally insulated.

The INSULATED BOX kit contains:

• 1 insulated box 46L
• 1 eutectic plate GN1/1 (Eutectic plate dimensions: 530 x 337 x 257 mm)
• 1 « coolerfix » system

Robust thanks to its high density in 60g / l, it can be washed in a professional dishwasher up to 100 ° C - Complies with HACCP directives.

MANUAL

> Before use, make sure that the inside of the GN1 / 1 - 46L insulated container is clean and disinfected.

Tip: Before each use, you can pre-condition the temperature inside the GN1 / 1 - 46L insulated container, by placing a frozen eutectic plate in its dedicated location. Then replace the eutectic plate used with another newly pre-conditioned before the start of your transport

> Carry out a complete cleaning after each use with the help of detergents and disinfectants suitable for food contact.
