Insulated Box Kit GN1/1 - 100L

The GN1/1 100L insulated box kit is suitable for safely transporting hot, cold, fresh, or frozen products. With its ergonomic built-in handles, robustness to load a weight equal to its volume, it is exceptionally thermally insulated.

The INSULATED BOX kit contains:

• 1 insulated box 100L
• 1 supporting frame
• 1 eutectic plate of your choice (GN1/1 or 2 x GN1/2 or 3 x GN1/3)

Dishwasher safe up to 90°C – HACCP norms.

• Heavy duty Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) - Made in Europe

How to choose the eutectic plate for your supply chain needs

Instructions for use:

Before each use, it is necessary to freeze the eutectic plate flat in your freezer during at least 24h at a temperature that is at least 6°C below the temperature of the eutectic liquid inside the plate.

Once the plate is frozen, remove it from the freezer and place the eutectic plate in your insulated container. It is important to handle your eutectic plate very carefully once frozen, as it becomes very sensitive to shock.

IMPORTANT: Do not wash the eutectic plate in the dishwasher; washing-up liquid recommended.
