EUTECTIC PLATE GN1/1- GR (Guide Rail)

GN1/1 – GR eutectic plates are cold diffusers that are necessary for the control of your autonomous cold supply chain in all circumstances: the transportation of sensitive products for the health and agri-food sectors. They allow temperatures to be maintained at a constant level in your EPP isothermal containers or insulated coolers.

The GN1/1 - GR (Guide Rail) eutectic plate is a model that has guide rails running along its entire length allowing for the insertion of the eutectic plates between two slightly spaced rails in an isothermal box.

Their design allows for more direct cold conductivity down to the last mile compared to standard eutectic plates.

Usage instructions
Before each use, it is necessary to freeze the eutectic plate by preferably placing it in a horizontal position in your freezer. If you have multiple eutectic plates to freeze, then avoid stacking them during the freezing process. (See opposite for the recommended freezing temperature).
Once frozen, it is always preferable to position the eutectic plate in the upper part of the inside of your isothermal packaging (the cold goes down).
Eutectic plates will provide you with just the right source of cold inside your isothermal containers for the duration of your cold supply chain.
Do not expose the eutectic plates to extreme temperatures above +50° C or lower than -45° C. Once frozen, these eutectic plates are sensitive to shock.
