FRONT ISOTHERMAL CONTAINER - 87-Litre

The GN 1/1 - 87-Litre ISOTHERMAL CONTAINER with front loading is mainly designed for the transport of hot, fresh, cold or frozen food, principally for the catering sector. Its quality design and ergonomics will facilitate your daily deliveries or events. Suitable for receiving stainless steel GN containers as well as GN1 / 1, GN1 / 2 or GN1 / 3 eutectic plates, it allows for 5 food containers of 65 mm to be stacked and it has 10 guide rails spaced at 40 mm apart. Robust, thanks to its high density of 60g per litre, it can be washed in a professional dishwasher up to 90 ° C - complies with HACCP directives.

Instructions for use :
> Before use, make sure that the inside of the GN1 / 1 - 87L front insulated container is clean and disinfected.
Tip: Before each use, you can pre-condition the temperature inside the GN1 / 1 - 87L front insulated container, by placing a frozen eutectic plate in its dedicated position. Then, replace the used eutectic plate with another, newly pre-conditioned one before the start of your transportation.
Clean thoroughly after each usage with detergents and disinfectants suitable for contact with food.
