Front loading kit 60x40 - 128 liters

The kit 128L FRONT-LOADING insulated container hot is dedicated to the catering industry. With its convenient designated grooves for catering plates and trays, this front-loading container is suitable for safely transporting hot products.
Heavy duty and highly resistant, this insulated box is equipped with 9 grooves with 50mm of space in between.
An addtional advantage is its sliding door. This can be fully removed to simplify the loading and unloading of your products.
Diswasher safe up to 90°C - HACCP norms.

Handling:

• Before each use, the PL600 HOT PACK liquid contained inside the plate must be heated up to a certain temperature.
• Use protective heat gloves, protect your face and wear front body protection.
• Handle the PL600 HOT PACK vertically with white cork facing up and arms far from your body and your eyes.
• Once at a high temperature, the PL600 HOT PACK becomes sensible to shock, so handle the plate very carefully.
• High temperatures generated during use could cause serious burns and damage to the skin. Keep hot plate out of reach of children. Do not use product if damaged.

How to heat up the PL600 hot pack:
 > Oven with « dry air convection» during 40 minutes maximum.
 > Oven with « steam air system» during 40 minutes maximum.

Heat your oven at 73°C maximum.

• Place the PL600 HOT PACK on a stainless steel tray to heat up horizontally during 40 minutes maximum.
• Do not use grill or flame function to heat up the temperature of the PL600 HOT PACK, use only hot steam air system.
• Handle with extreme care when taking the hot plate out of the oven.

Do not use PL600 Hot pack in combination with boxes made of Styrofoam (EPS). We will not guarantee for damages causing by melting or catching fire.
Cleaning can be made simply with cleanser and warm water.
